Q: Can I purchase blinds through you, and install them myself?
A: We provide free complimentary installation of all products we sell, and back them with replacement warranty. As a result, we can only honour the warranty for products we install. We also check products for damage and proper function from the manufacturer, so we may be limited in our ability to exchange/replace products we do not install.
Q: Do we need to do anything to prepare for installation?
A: We will come to your home or place of business on the date/time agreed upon, and we'll provide all equipment/tools necessary to complete the installation. Installation time varies depending on products being installed, ease of access, need for scaffolding, etc. We ask that you please move any furniture that may hinder an installation, as we are not responsible for damage if we need to work around furniture (and may choose at our discretion to not install a product if we deem it unsafe or inaccessible). Removal of old blinds will also help us complete the job in a timely manner.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We are equipped to accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, or cheques. Since orders are custom tailored to your windows and tastes, they cannot be cancelled for a refund, and we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% payable upon completion of installation. Please note that dishonoured (NSF) cheques will be subject to a $40 penalty fee.
Q: When will my order be available to install?
A: Once we submit your order to the manufacturer (usually within 24 hours of issuing the bill of sale), we usually see turnaround times of 2-3 weeks for most products. We would be happy to install everything when they arrive, or make arrangements to install in phases so that your windows aren't bare for longer than they have to be!
Q: Do you have a referral program?
A: We love referrals, and believe that it is our best form of advertising! Please ask us about our referral program, as we provide a referral discount to new sales, plus we reward you for your leads which lead to a sale!
